Britney Spears will be continuing her residence at the UCLA Medical Center's psychiatric hospital for at least another 14 days.
Britney was originally taken in for about a 72 hour period of observation and it has to be assumed that she did not properly impress the authorities enough to be released.
So the saga of the former superstar pop queen continues as outlined in this article about the latest Britney Spears development.
