I don't know if this is still valid but supposedly this is Britney spears latest look which was concocted here in Las Vegas.
This report is already probably outdated, even though it's only about a week old. At that time Britney was being ushered around by Isaac Cohen, but now, according to this article that is no longer the case.
This article claims the couple split because of busy careers, which is standard Hollywood lingo for "They didn't get along."
