Britney Spears won a round when she, through her lawyers, did some figurative ass kicking in Los Angeles Family Court.
A recently hired and quickly fired bodyguard, Tony Barretto, was all set to testify about Britney's after rehab supposed bad mom antics but he got cut off at the pass and never even got to enter the courtroom.
Barretto claimed, after he was fired by Spears because he didn't hear her tell him to pick up her hat, that she used drugs, was drunk, and subjected her kids to dangerous situations.
Britney Spear's lawyers claimed he was a disgruntled ex-employee.
Barretto was represented by famous feminist lawyer, Gloria Allred, but I guess buckets of Britney's bucks bought better barristers.

RIGHT ****ING ON!!way to go lady!i have no doubt that she will continue to kick ass-in evry way.i saw Rihanna,little silly come-lately bitch,laughing while britney performed at th vma's.she better watch her karma.BS has truly paid her dues now.and that she had th humility to admit her shame,God will continue to bless her.what disgusts me is how cruel americans are to each other.th girl most obviously was dealing with somepost-partum stuff.i saw it coming a mile away.been there.and as for that wetback kfedup,like Shar said,"Kill it Brit!"these women have kids that are related.they ought to do like eddie murphy's wife and Crazy Spice-raise th kids and dash th man!
