Britney Spears won a round when she, through her lawyers, did some figurative ass kicking in Los Angeles Family Court.

A recently hired and quickly fired bodyguard, Tony Barretto, was all set to testify about Britney's after rehab supposed bad mom antics but he got cut off at the pass and never even got to enter the courtroom.

Barretto claimed, after he was fired by Spears because he didn't hear her tell him to pick up her hat, that she used drugs, was drunk, and subjected her kids to dangerous situations.

Britney Spear's lawyers claimed he was a disgruntled ex-employee.

Barretto was represented by famous feminist lawyer, Gloria Allred, but I guess buckets of Britney's bucks bought better barristers.
