Almost everyone has a favorite actor or two, or three, or more, and everyone feels that there favorite actors are the best.

Sometimes it comes down to the roles played by certain actors that makes us like one more than another. If a good actor always plays bad guys chances are that despite their talent he or she will not attract many fans.

So it takes someone with an objective point of view, if there is such a person, to determine who the best actors are.

CCH Pounder, of "The Shield", is one actor who is considered to be one of the best on TV, and I have to agree with that choice.
