I've been holding off on this one for a while, because I like being sure, but it seems that ashlee simpson has in fact had her schnoze sheared.
It looks a bit narrower to me but it's hard to tell from the above photos because of the other changes, such as hair, and apparently, skin, color, which are distracting, as is the dust rag on her head.
I still think she looks better as a brunette.
Anyway, here's what "iVillage" has to say about it.

I'm having mine done by someone who comes highly recommended by a body and fender guy I know who works out of the trunk of his car. Actually it's his cousin who wasn't quite accurate enough to work on cars, but hey, the price is right.

Hmmm. It looks 10 pounds thinner. Of course she said she loved her nose. Idiots say the contrary of what they do. Smarts don’t run in the family. She’s not exactly pretty, but she’s getting closer than her sister. I think Jess looks more manly.
