All right, don't get excited, the two very different Smith's are creating headlines, but not together.
anna nicole Smith, who is looking absolutely fabulous these days, has indirectly wooed The Supreme Court into allowing her to continue her quest for about a billion buck inheritance.
The case has been returned to Federal Court for a new trial, and I for one wish her luck.
Why? Why not?
She was legally married to the old geezer, Texas oil tycoon, J. Howard Marshall, at the time of his demise, and I'd rather see the estate go to her, instead of the deceased's weasel-like son, Pierce. Pierce, the name alone should be enough to cause you to root against him.

Meanwhile the male Smith, Will that is, has agreed to play the lead in the second remake of, "I Am Legend," a thriller about the last man on Earth.
This is a remake I'm looking forward to since the story is a good one, and I expect that with today's special effects, a bit of updating, and one of my favorite actors, Will Smith, in the lead, it should be a winner.
