At least that's the opinion of the folks at "Esquire" magazine.

Now I'm not much of a Beau Brummel, as anyone who's ever seen me will attest, and while I'm not a fan of the traditional suit and tie this Feathers and fur and fluorescent colors thing seems a bit much

No matter, it works for the talented and soft spoken "Andre 3000" of "OutKast" so more power to him.
