Beverly Hills judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 90 days in jail followed by 90 days in-patient rehab, for violation of probation for her 2007 DUI conviction by failing to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes.
Lindsay broke down sobbing after hearing the said sentence and then pleaded her case. But representatives from the Right On alcohol education program testified that Lohan failed to attend the required minimum of one class per week nine times. In fact, Lohan came up with a variety of excuses for missing the said class.
Will Lindsay learn her lessons now that she's going back to jail? I hope she won't irk the authorities anymore by following court orders and really behaving well this time.
