Who would think that a simple number, 24, could cause so much commotion and excitement?

But when it comes to TV, this is a special number, because it means that everyone's hero, Jack Bauer, aka Kiefer Sutherland, is back fighting the baddies.

That's right, tonight marks the return of one of TV's hottest and best shows, "24", and yours truly will be watching, and listening in surround sound, tonight, when my favorite show's 2 hour season premiere starts at 8pm. That's 8pm Pacific and Eastern, and 7pm for you guys in the Central Time Zone, and it's on "Fox".

And, to make it an even greater event there will be a follow-up 2 hour show on Monday, at the same air times.

As we used to say, "Be there or be Square."
